“The hotel's modern design and unique brand experience, as the first of its kind in Canada, certainly make it a noteworthy place to stay; I found the inclusion of a 24-hour business center and recreational amenities like a pool table particularly appealing. However, reports of inconsistent room maintenance and misleading Wi-Fi practices give me some pause. Ultimately, it seems that while there are clear advantages, a few areas need some attention to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.”
